Ian Brown is a nature photographer, writer, bushwalker, climber, naturalist and environmental consultant.  He worked for 20 years in field management with the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service before freelancing.

His images have been exhibited widely in the Blue Mountains and published in hundreds of magazines, books, displays, websites, diaries and calendars.  Every year some of his best work appears in the Wild Blue Mountains Calendar.
